Carole Bolinski

Carole BolinskiCR (Carole) Bolinski writes in many genres and has published poetry, flash fiction and mystery short stories. Some of her work can be read in several anthologies, among them, How Not to Survive the Holidays (Desert Sleuths Sisters in Crime, 2009), and Medley of Murder (Red Coyote Press, 2005). Other publishing credits include Yavapai College’s Literary Arts Journal, Threshold (2006 and 2009), and Monsoon Magazine’s “Poetry Corner” (July, 2009). She completed a poetry collection with her brother, Along the Way, in 2009. Recently (2010) she was awarded first prize in the Oregon State Poetry Association’s contest in the New Poet’s category.

CR has a M.A. in Art Education and a M.Ed. in Secondary Education, both from ASU. She spends most of her time writing in northern Arizona, and is presently working on another poetry collection.
